4. User Responsibilities.
As a customer or visitor, you agree to:

Ensure access to your vehicle at the time of your appointment
Pay in full per the agreed service package
Avoid misuse of our website, booking system, or branding
Refrain from unauthorized use or duplication of our materials.
5. Payments And Refund Policy
All payments to Hyper Shine Mobile Detailing are final unless otherwise stated in a written agreement. No refunds are provided for completed services except where required by law.
Deposits may be required for high-end services such as ceramic coating or fleet bookings.
A $29.99 deposit no refundable for ours full detailing services or a $49.99 deposit no refundable for ours ceramics services due to the high demand will be requested before every services appointment.
Late payments may be subject to a 5% weekly fee
Cancellations or no shows with less than 24 hours’ notice will lose the deposit payment.
6. Disclaimers And Liability Limitations
Hyper Shine Mobile Detailing provides services “as is” without express or implied warranties. We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing vehicle conditions, delayed service times, or the use of third-party tools.
We may use trusted subcontractors and service platforms. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party systems or force majeure events (e.g., weather, accidents, road closures, or unforeseen emergencies).
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All logos, branding, images, and digital materials on our site are owned by Hyper Shine Mobile Detailing and protected by law. Any testimonials or content submitted by users may be used for promotional purposes with a non-exclusive license.
